十分な混合
片方のインプットチャンネルにペイロードをセットし、もう片方に脂質をセットするだけで、Sunny での混合の準備は完了します。シンプルでよく知られた T 字型の混合方式を使用する場合には Sunny T をお選びください。クロス方式により粒子形成のための流体接触面積を増やしたい場合には Sunny X をお選びください。Sunbather のフルレンジの流量、比率や統合されたインラインによる希釈を利用するには Sunny Trident をお選びください。GMP 対応 Sunny は、素早い交換が可能なトップの接続ポイントが流路に組み込まれていますので、マイクロ流路チャンネルをクリーンな状態で保ち、それらを Sunbather に容易に取り付け、外すことができます。

Sunbather には、据付時適格性評価・運転時適格性評価（IQ/OQ）および包括的なユーザートレーニングが用意されており、素早い立ち上げ、稼働が可能です。完全にトレーサブルな接液材料、抽出物データ、および Unchained Labs の品質マネジメントシステム（QMS）に基づく製造プロセスにより、GMP 対応を Sunbather ですぐに開始することが可能です。
実用的なソフトウェア
Sunbather のソフトウェアでは、アドミニストレータとオペレータのアクセスレベル、21 CFR Part 11 に準拠した監査証跡、およびプロセスの重要アクションに対するパスワード認証が利用できます。ソフトウェアのユーザーインターフェイスはシンプルで、すぐに習熟できます。また、タッチスクリーンキオスクによりクリーンな状態が保たれ、新しい実験のセットアップも簡単です。
信頼できるプロセス
Sun シリーズは、送液に同じポンプを使用し、製剤の混合に同じレンジの Sunny を使用しているため、製剤条件のスクリーニングからプロセス開発や GMP 製造まで円滑に移行することが可能です。200 µL の製剤を数百種類スクリーニングする場合でも、臨床試験用の粒子を数リットル製造する場合でも、あらゆるスケールで同じ一貫性のある結果を得ることができます。
